Purpose of use: the information is used for appointment scheduling, customer communication, payment processing, and providing the service. Reservation fee: a €75 reservation fee is required when booking an appointment online. This fee secures the appointment. The fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total price of the tattoo service. Appointment changes: an appointment can be rescheduled once, provided that the client notifies the studio at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. No-show: if the client does not arrive at the scheduled time, the reservation fee will be forfeited. Data security: personal data is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
